Data deletion

You can remove TalkToAds' access and delete all your data at any time. Either option below is enough; doing both is fine.
Option 1: Remove TalkToAds from Facebook
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Open Business integrations (on the web: facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools).
- Find TalkToAds, tick it and click Remove.
Facebook then notifies us and your access token stops working immediately. We delete your token, account record, brand memory, usage history and change log within 30 days.
Option 2: Email us
Send an email to hey@talktoads.com with the subject “Delete my data” from the email on your Facebook account (or include your Facebook name). We confirm by email once everything is deleted, within 30 days and usually within 2 working days.
What gets deleted
- Your encrypted Meta access token and all active TalkToAds sessions in your AI apps
- Your account record (Facebook user ID, name, email, plan, spend cap)
- Brand memory, monthly usage counts and the change log
Deleting your TalkToAds data does not delete campaigns, ad sets or ads in your Meta ad account. Those belong to you and stay in Ads Manager. Invoices we are legally required to keep are retained for the period the law requires.
Also remove the TalkToAds connector from your AI app (for example Claude → Settings → Connectors) if you no longer want it listed.
